That’s why the GAIN Hotel Operations Improvement Professional Service Pack offers an on-property customizable solution tailored to meet your needs.  This can include a detailed audit of operational functions within your hotel, unique recommendations for optimal performance enhancements, and optional implementation advice.  The goal of our services is to transform your hotel’s operational execution, enhance guest experiences, and secure a competitive edge in the market.

ServicePack Components

Components are all customizable, below is a suggested sample based on committed time frames.


  • Understanding of additional services or unique departments at location (i.e., Spa, Activities, Casino, Outsourced F&B).
  • Introductory Virtual Meeting with General Manager and Director of Sales.
  • Review of key artifacts and property details that have been shared in advance.


  • Comprehensive written audit outlining strengths and weaknesses of hotel operations.

Consultation Call

  • Discovery call to determine the customized approach.
  • Completion of an electronic survey to streamline theconsultation call agenda.
  • The management team will gather the required artifacts for the consulting experience (i.e. STR reports, eCommerce data, P&L statements).

In addition to the above 1-Day options, this will include:

  • Introductory meeting with key operational department heads (i.e.General Manager, Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B, Sales, and HR).
  • Tour of property location.
  • Individual department meetings to review the general outline of audit components.


  • Written performance optimization plan for key management personnel.


This is considered the Turnaround approach where the operation will be taken over by the GAIN service Advisor. The goal is to resolve the numerous deficits that the property is experiencing with a specific customizable action plan.


  • The Take Over solution will provide improvement of problem-solving skills amongst staff.
  • Improve service scores and increase profitability.
  • Enhance operational efficiency.
